✔ Chemical Composition Analysis
We begin with a thorough chemical composition test using advanced spectrometers and analyzers. This ensures that the alloy steel conforms to the specified grade standards (like EN, AISI, SAE, etc.) and contains the precise balance of elements such as carbon, chromium, molybdenum, and manganese.
✔ Mechanical Testing
Our alloy steel rounds are subjected to detailed mechanical testing, including tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, impact resistance , and hardness tests .
✔ Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
This non-destructive testing method guarantees the integrity of each round and ensures flaw-free material—especially important for applications that demand high safety and load precision like automotive, aerospace, and heavy machinery.
✔ Dimensional & Surface Inspection
Each forged round is measured for critical dimensions, including diameter, straightness, and roundness using calibrated tools and gauges. Surface inspections are carried out to detect any laps, scales, or other surface irregularities that could affect downstream processing like machining or heat treatment.
✔ Microstructure Examination
Metallurgical samples are examined under microscopes to assess grain size, phase distribution, and the presence of any unwanted inclusions or anomalies.
